Hepper Olson Architects took on the challenge to design a raw water intake facility that would fit into a downtown historical district. Stone, brick, and aluminum was used to create a beautifully simple building to house process piping and equipment. The facility is three stories above grade that sits on a 70’ deep by 67’ diameter caisson.
